Dear Customer,

Thanks for choosing Zamil Air Conditioners, we treasure your loyalty and trust in our organization and look forward to opportunities to continuously serve you in the future.

Warranty policy:

Zamil Cool Care offers air conditioners a comprehensive warranty for two years, and five years for compressors.

The customer will pay the labor fees, in case of the compressor

malfunctions within the five-year warranty period.

The warranty period for any item purchased from any of Zamil sale channels is two months from the date of the invoice.

Zamil Cool Care certifies that all supplied HVAC spare parts and products are free of any manufacturing defects in materials.

The inspection visit fees will be agreed upon in advance with the technician, and it will be deducted from the invoice value.

In case of a maintenance service request, the visit date will be from two to five working days, and for a remote city, the service team will coordinate with the customer at the earliest available date.

In the case of projects, large capacity units and water-cooling units will depend on the agreed-upon warranty certificate.

Warranty excludes:

Misuse or not following the instructions manual.

Fractures, blows, or exposure of the device to external factors.

Repair the device by unauthorized parties or using not original spare parts. Cleaning service.

Installation errors by the supplier

Consumables parts, refrigerant, compressor oils, belts, usual tear, and wear items, electronics, and structural frames.

Zamil Cool Care excludes costs in investigating and rectifying the out-of-warranty defects shall be paid by the Buyer upon demand.

Return and exchange policy :

Please keep the original invoice for future reference

HVAC/R the part and goods purchased can be returned/ exchanged within five days from the date of purchase stated in the original invoice.

Unused parts must be in original packaging to be returned/exchanged

The customer will pay the delivery fee when requesting a return for a product, unless the customer requires an exchange, changed their mind, or the product has a manufacturing defect based on the technical report from Zamil’s team.

Note:

The customer must provide a ladder (scaffold) for high places that are difficult to reach.

For restricted areas, the customer is fully responsible for providing permission to the premises on time to prevent visitation delays.

In the event that the device is located in a location where safety conditions are not met, the customer is required to provide a safe environment for work. Zamil’s team is not responsible for installing ACs in case of a concrete wall that requires drilling a hole.

The installation team is not responsible for electric wiring.

The maximum allowed height for a scaffold is 3 meters.

Zamil’s team is not responsible for the cooling efficiency inside the manhole. Zamil’s team is not responsible for the cooling efficiency if the installation site size is not compatible with the AC capacity.

The customer has to pay the value of additional pipes or other further costs prior to the installation.

Zamil’s team is not responsible for the quality of the pre-installed pipes at the installation site.

In case the customer did not attend their appointment within half an hour, the appointment will then be canceled and the customer will be required to book another appointment
